Terms and Conditions


The shipping costs cover the packaging (cardboard envelope and plastic bag) and the letter postage with tracking service. The total amount of the invoice depends on your country and the number of copies ordered.


Your delivery address will be requested by PayPal and will be sent to us to process your order.

After the payment of your invoice, you will receive within 2 days an email from shop@davidgilson.com (subject: “Shop.davidgilson.com - Order # - Votre adresse / Your address”) confirming receipt of payment and reminding you delivery address. Check it carefully and do not hesitate to answer us if you wish to modify it (exclusively by email at shop@davidgilson.com).

If you do not receive the confirmation of your address 2 days after the invoice payment, add shop@davidgilson.com to your contacts and / or check your Spam folder.

In case of obvious error before sending, we may ask for a confirmation of the address by email but we do not endorse the responsibility if an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that was sent to us incorrect or incomplete by PayPal or by yourself. In case of loss of the order due to an incorrect address, no refund or new shipment will be accepted.


Shipping with mail tracking service (no signature at delivery) for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. No tracking available for New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

We accept orders from other countries (Mexico, Brazil, etc.), the shipment will also be made with a tracking service available until the shipment leaves French territory. Shipments to other countries with limited tracking service is made under the sole responsibility of the buyer in case of loss, theft, non-distribution, etc.
